Hadean equivalent crustal history of Mars on morphotectonic aspect
Crustal processes of Hadean time Earth is very little known due to continuous surficial geological processes. Study of Mars can give a window to decipher the early crust rebuilding processes. In order to improve our understanding, we are investigating Southern Highlands of Mars. Our study includes mapping of structural features, geochemical analysis of the surface, and examining of geophysical (especially gravity data) data.

Another aim to this study is to find the timing (using Buffered Crater Counting) and causes of extensional and compressional stresses and their relation to global Martian heat loss mechanism in absence of Earth-like plate tectonism.
